Lemon Reverie

Lemons in my water,
Lemons in my drink,
Makes it taste all sour,
But pretty good I think.

Add a bit of lime,
Another kind of taste,
Makes the flavors mix,
A blended citrus drink.

The hot and shining orb,
is no match for my bottle,
Refreshing and quite cleansing,
It ices up the drink.

In the middle of this reverie,
I look out to the sky,
Even early springtime,
His snow piles three feet high.

I wish it were the summer,
I wish it were the time,
Where everyone would swelter,
And collapse from the estimated high.

But I would be immortal,
to faint collapsing spells,
Because the lemons in my water,
would keep me cool and well.
